1. Confirmation and acceptance of the Terms of Service

The following agreement applies to MMOServices.com customers, if you want to join our Recruit-A-Friend system, you must accept this agreement. Please read the "agreement" carefully (a minor should be accompanied by their legal guardian), and choose to accept or not accept the "Agreement." 3.1 The authenticity of the user personal information

Users should ensure that their identities are of authenticity, accuracy and completeness. If users information changes, user should update it immediately. MMOServices.com cannot and will not take any responsibility for any losses or damages arising from your untrue, inaccurate information, or your failure to update, or your lost identification numbers and passwords.
If MMOServices.com acknowledge any user provides any untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, and/or MMOServices.com has reasonable grounds to suspect such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, MMOServices.com has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account and refuse current or future use of all or parts of this service.

3.2 User account, password

The user should maintain the confidentiality and security of passwords and account. You are fully responsible for any activities carried out by anyone who uses your account and password.
MMOServices.com cannot inspect any illegal activities or anyone use your account and password without authorization. So MMOServices.com will not bear any responsibility.
MMOServices.com prohibits users to transfer or sell their accounts and password. If MMOServices.com finds out that users are not the initial registered person, MMOServices.com has the right to confiscate the account without bearing any legal liability.

3.3 receive the system e-mails or messages

If the user uses this service, that means, the user is willing to accept e-mails or system-related messages from MMOServices.com. (Including but not limited to product promotions and other advertising information). Therefore the company does not bear any responsibilities for any potential harassment to the customer that may cause.

3.4 Malicious refund

In the following three conditions (including but not limited to), the refund will be determined to be malicious acts:

1. Our company can provide all of the double green delivery shots, indicating the order has been completed



2. Customer received all the goods and confirmation e-mail from the PayPal system,



3. Orders have been completed more than 50% (including), and a full refund is requested.
   A customer's malicious refund would reduce the credit of its direct introducer. Besides deducting the corresponding commissions, the commission freeze period would be extended (the extension =the percentage of the malicious refund in total turnover * 6-month)

 

4. MMOServices.com has the right to interpret the Terms in this Service Agreement
